Donation match I understand that if we're selected as the award winner, we may be eligible, but are not guaranteed, to receive matching funds from a third-party organization. That organization may have additional requirements for its match.

Grapevine I understand that awards from Local Women of Impact and/or 100 Good Guys – St Pete are issued by a fiscal sponsor, Grapevine. Grapevine usually issues checks 2–3 months after the event.

Privacy I understand that by accepting the donation, my nonprofit agrees to use the names "Local Women of Impact" and "100 Good Guys – St Pete" to recognize and publicize the event and the donation. The name of my organization and the names of its representatives may appear in media to recognize the event and donation. My organization agrees not to use members' individual names from this event for future solicitations unless a member contacts us directly.
